The Role of Government

Promote government transparency so that we can restore its credibility to residents. We vote in and trust our elected officials to LISTEN and actively engage with all constituents to make sound decisions that would ultimately affect the livelihood of our community. Too often special-interest agendas supersede hard-working taxpayer interests. I will always stand with my neighbors in Arvada and fellow taxpayers.

Affordability

Use taxpayer funds wisely. Raising taxes and bills every year is not sustainable for taxpayers. We must maximize the public’s return on investment, especially with inflation and increasing prices already impacting families and businesses.

Public Safety & Crime

Right now, Colorado is ranked third in the nation for crime. The current soft-on-crime policies and legislation favoring criminals must be reversed because they are negatively impacting law-abiding citizens. We must support and fund law enforcement and first responders. Coloradans deserve to feel safe in their homes and communities.

Education & School Choice

Colorado must champion school choice options that put children first. There should be a variety of opportunities for choice in education whether that be public charter, private, homeschool, or traditional public. Colorado schools should encompass options for personalized education, a focus on quality, and distinctive learning environments. As a school choice advocate, I will aggressively combat attacks on educational options that benefit students.
